Michael D. Stoots
Global Faculty Member, Michael D. Stoots received his Master of Science in Finance/Accounting from the University of Virginia. He is the Business Unit Controller for the Connected Display group within Philips Consumer Electronics North America. He has previously held the positions of Marketing Controller, Accounting Supervisor, and Senior Financial Analyst, also with Philips Consumer Electronics. He has acted as an adjunct instructor at Dekalb Technical College, Georgia Perimeter College, National Business College, and Chattahoochee Technical College; in addition, he has taught seminars focusing on topics in financial accounting theory, supply chain management, and marketing research and development.
