Senior .Net Developer
The Senior .NET Developer will design, develop, and support departmental applications. Currently seeking an individual with consulting experience or experience in a hands-off senior level developer role with the ability to mentor and to guide Junior Developers as necessary. This position requires the candidate to gather end-user requirements, manage expectations with management staff and deliver presentations to a multi-level audience on technical solutions. This position requires someone who is both capable and comfortable with performing all aspects of the software development lifecycle. This position will play an integral role with growth opportunities for both the individual and the company. This position reports to the Data and Development Manager while working closely with the Application Architect to develop, assess, and achieve short and long technical goals for the department.

- Able to manage multiple concurrent projects across multiple languages
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Technical Requirements
- Expert level command of C# in developing web applications utilizing AJAX
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Transact-SQL
- Web design skills using HTML, JavaScript, CSS
- Exposure to Web Services
- Intermediate understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and relational database analysis, design, performance tuning and backups.
- Silverlight experience a plus
- Crystal Reports experience a plus
- Previous experience in the higher education industry a plus
