Obtaining transcripts
You may send copies of transcripts or documents during the initial admission stages. If you grant permission, Grantham will make every attempt to assist you in obtaining the needed official transcript. You may fill out a Request for Transcript form to allow Grantham to request official transcripts on your behalf. However, there are cases when official transcripts can only be obtained directly by you. As applicable, you must request your:
-
Joint Services Transcript (JST) (replaces SMART, AARTS and CGI)
-
Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) transcript
-
ACE transcripts
-
College-level testing transcripts (CLEP, DSST, ECE, AP)
-
International transcripts
-
Equivalency reports
Ultimately, it is your responsibility to ensure that any requested official transcript(s) are forwarded to Grantham University directly from other institutions you have attended. Official transfer credit will not be awarded until official transcripts are received by the registrar’s office.
Course equivalency
Transfer credit is awarded on a course-by-course basis for courses with equivalent content and value as the corresponding Grantham course(s).
