Since1951, Grantham University has been meeting the educational needs of working adult students. The University specializes in online education that’s both flexible and affordable.  There are a number of financial resources available to students including merit scholarships, need-based grants and loans.

The Grantham University Net Price Calculator was created to help you get a quick estimate of your federal expected family contribution (EFC) so you can determine your true out-of pocket costs if you attend.  This calculator is designed to provide an estimate of your financial aid eligibility.  Results are based on current Cost of Attendance figures and student aid eligibility requirements.  You must complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) to receive an official financial aid package.

Calculation of Costs:

As a 100% online university, estimated tuition cost does not include common fees found with traditional universities, including, books, software, room and board. The University provides eligible students with a Textbook and Software Grant that covers the cost of required textbooks and software.  Tuition is $265 per credit hour for undergraduate courses and $325 per credit hour for graduate courses.

Additional Comments on Eligibility:

Financial aid calculations are based on limited information and do not guarantee a specific financial aid offer.  Eligibility for federal and institutional financial aid is based on official FAFSA results.  Factors such as student income, untaxed income, student and parent assets, cash and savings, and actual tax paid are used when determining a student’s eligibility.

Calculations shown are for first year, full-time, dependent students, who plan to enroll Fall 2011. Costs provided were estimated based on actual costs from the 2010-2011 academic year and are subject to increase for the 2011-2012 academic year.  Need-based aid is re-evaluated each year and may increase or decrease based on revised financial need.  Gift aid total can include federal or institutional aid and assumes no other gift aid has been offered to date.

This calculator is not intended for current, transfer, readmit, or international students.  Students must be U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens to qualify for federal or institutional financial aid.

Next Steps:

In order for Grantham University to determine your official eligibility for all types of financial aid, you must be accepted for admission and complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).   Grantham University’s priority deadline to file the FAFSA is March 1st.
