RN to MSN Bridge Option
To help you take your nursing career to the next level, we offer an online RN to MSN Bridge Option. This option includes 21 credits of undergraduate BSN coursework, which allows RNs with an associate degree to go into the MSN program upon successfully completing 21 credits.
NOTE: A BSN is not awarded after completing 21 credits of undergraduate BSN courses.
- This program is only available to RNs with an associate degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN). AAS degrees do not qualify for admission into the RN to MSN Bridge Option.
- You must achieve a GPA of 3.0 or higher in the 18 required BSN credit hours and the three credit hours in Business Communications, equaling 21 credit hours in undergraduate coursework.
- The MSN degree is awarded once you successfully complete 36 MSN credit hours.
A student who doesn’t achieve the mandatory GPA of 3.0 or higher in each of the required BSN courses (but has a minimum GPA of 2.5 or better) will be allowed to complete the remaining BSN courses and then apply to the MSN program.
