The Business Leadership Certificate program focuses on the application of leadership theory and development, oral and written communication, human capital management and effective team building to meet organizational strategic goals. Upon completion of this program, graduates may enter entry-level positions in business administration. Graduates may also continue their education and transfer courses within the certificate program to associate and/or bachelor’s degree programs such as Business Administration and Human Resource Management.Students enrolled in this certificate program are required to follow courses in the sequence set out for the program.
