Frequently asked questions

How many courses can I take at once, and what identifies me as a “full-time student”?

Grantham University’s courses are 8 weeks (56 days) in length and you must complete all coursework for which you are enrolled by the conclusion of the 8 week term. There is no limit to the number of courses that you can take at once; however, we recommend that you only take 1-3 courses at a time.

Undergraduate students are considered “full-time” if they are registered for 6 or more credit hours per term, which is generally 2 courses. All graduate students are considered to be full-time because Grantham offers no graduate courses less than 3 credit hours.
