March 8, 2007 - Grantham University, an online university specializing in educating working adults, today announced its Academic Dean, Greg Garcia, Ed.D., was elected as the Board Secretary of The Council of College and Military Educators (CCME). CCME is the only national organization for professional military educators.

"We began serving uniformed members with engineering courses half a century ago. As we expanded and modernized our online programs, we worked hard to lend positive support to CCME's efforts."

CCME's membership is composed of military educators, civilian educators, post secondary educational institutions and suppliers of quality education products and services. CCME is a coalition of educational institutions and military organizations that provide a forum for the exchange of information and mutual support for the improvement of educational opportunities for the military community.
