Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
As a Grantham University student, you must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) for all periods of enrollment in order to advance in your education and remain eligible for student financial assistance.
Undergraduate SAP Standards
- Qualitative – Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA)
- Quantitative – Course to Completion Rate (CCR)
- Quantitative – Maximum Timeframe for Program Completion
Graduate SAP Standards
- Qualitative – Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA)
- Quantitative – Maximum Timeframe for Program Completion
You will be evaluated against applicable standards at the end of every two eight-week class terms. Failure to maintain SAP may limit your eligibility to remain enrolled at Grantham University and qualify for financial assistance.
