The agreement, signed on September 30, allows students who have completed an associate’s degree to transfer to corresponding bachelor’s degrees
Lenexa, Kan. — October 8, 2014 —Students are faced with countless options when it comes to choosing the right school in which to pursue their college education. Recently, Coffeyville Community College, located in
Coffeyville, Kansas, signed an articulation agreement with Grantham University. This articulation agreement will give even more opportunities to students to further their college education once they have completed their associate degree, easing the transfer process between schools.
The articulation agreement is a 2+2 bachelor’s degree completion program. Coffeyville Community College students who have completed an associate degree with at least a 2.0 GPA can transfer into Grantham’s Bachelor of Science in Multidisciplinary Studies program. Additionally, students who have earned their degrees in the following areas can transfer into a corresponding bachelor’s degree at Grantham:
- Associate of Arts Business Administration to Bachelor of Science Business Administration or Bachelor of Science Business Management
- Associates of Arts Computer Systems Technology to Bachelor of Science Computer Science or Bachelor of Science Information Systems Security or Bachelor of Science Information Systems
- Associate of Science Pre-Engineering to Bachelor of Science Electronics Engineering Technology or Bachelor of Science Engineering Management Technology or Bachelor of Science Computer Engineering Technology
- Associate Degree Nursing to Bachelor of Science Nursing*
Eligible members of Coffeyville Community College faculty, staff and previous graduates have the opportunity to continue their education through Grantham at a reduced tuition rate for bachelor’s and master’s degree programs.
