Grantham University partners with KGIA

LENEXA, Kan., April 2, 2019 — Online education pioneer Grantham University recently entered into a partnership with the Kansas Gang Investigators Association (KGIA) to help association members advance their careers through higher education.

Under the agreement, KGIA members can take advantage of: a special $250 per credit hour tuition at both the undergraduate and graduate levels; free textbooks; a complimentary review of training and experience for potential college credit; and a $0 down, 90-day tuition deferral program. In addition to criminal justice programs that align with KGIA’s mission, Grantham offers more than 50 degrees and certificates across business, healthcare and nursing, computer science and technology.

"We are proud to support law enforcement and corrections professionals as they work to combat gang activity in Kansas," said Tabitha Davis, Grantham's director of university outreach. "Our goal is to ensure all civil servants such as our KGIA heroes earn quality, relevant knowledge to be at their personal and professional best."

This newest pact is one of more than 50 similar agreements – and counting – Grantham has with various corporations, associations, colleges and community organizations around the country.

"Grantham's online convenience is ideal for the work schedules of KGIA members and all working professionals, who want their education but need a more flexible option," said Davis. "We also offer 24/7 tutoring and dedicated support to help ensure their success to graduation."
