Grantham Signs Education Partnership with YMCA
Pact underscores shared sentiments of service, personal empowerment

LENEXA, Kan., Sept. 12, 2018 — Online education pioneer Grantham University recently entered into a partnership with the Olathe (Kansas) Family YMCA that provides a number of benefits to YMCA staff, their spouses and dependents who attend the university.

Under the education agreement, these students can take advantage of: reduced tuition at both the undergraduate and graduate levels; a complimentary review of training and experience for potential college credit; and a tuition deferral program.

“We are pleased to partner with the Olathe Family YMCA, a high-quality organization that shares Grantham University’s belief in social responsibility and our commitment to serving the community,” said Tabitha Davis, Grantham’s director of university outreach. “We’re also pleased to help YMCA employees advance their personal and professional lives, which continues to be our main goal for all Grantham students.”

This newest pact is one of more than 30 similar agreements – and counting – Grantham has with various corporations, associations and community organizations around the country.

All Grantham students have access to more than 50 degree and certificate programs, career guidance and resources, 24-7 tutoring services, and dedicated support from admission through graduation. And it all takes place completely online, in a convenient format that fits the needs of busy adults who require flexibility in their educational pursuits.
