Grantham is now accepting scholarship applications for two different opportunities.
Lenexa, Kan. – June 6, 2016 Grantham University, a 65-year-old institution delivering accredited online degree programs to working adults and active-duty military students around the world, has announced the following scholarship opportunities:
Grantham’s Eugene “Gene” Jewett Memorial Scholarship, which is awarded to one business student each year, was named in honor of a thought leader, early advocate of online education, and Grantham Education Corporation board member. Mr. Jewett had a long and storied career in the financial services industry and was a partner at Chesapeake Capital, LP. The David “Bull” Baker Memorial Scholarship US Air Force was created in honor of General Baker, a prisoner of war (POW) who dedicated his life to honorably serving his country and supporting continuing education for service members. He served on Grantham University’s Board of Governors from 2006 until his passing in 2009. This full scholarship is offered annually for an active duty, reservist, or National Guard member of the U.S. Air Force to earn an undergraduate or graduate degree. Each of the above two scholarships is valued up to $39,471, and includes tuition, textbooks, software and fees.
