Thomas Brummer

Thomas Brummer is the recipient of Grantham University’s 2016 CSM Virgil Williams EANGUS scholarship.

Lenexa, Kan. – October 13, 2016 – Grantham University, a 65-year-old institution delivering accredited online degree programs to adult learners and active duty military students around the world, announced Thomas Brummer as the 2016 recipient of its CSM Virgil Williams scholarship. Each year, Grantham University awards a member of the Enlisted Association of the National Guard of the United States (EANGUS) a scholarship valued at up to $39,471, and covers tuition costs, required textbooks, software and fees.

Brummer enlisted in the 119th Wing of the North Dakota Air National Guard in August of 2001, and has served as an F-16 Crew Chief Weather Forecaster, and as an Intelligence Flight Chief. He is currently the head coach of his local AFJROTC CyberPatriot Team and is the President-Elect of Lake Agassiz Kiwanis. He is a member of EANGUS, the Association of Old Crows, the Red River Radio Amateurs, and Ham Radio Club SKYWARN. He and his wife Shana have two children and live in Moorhead, Minnesota.
