INDICATOR DESCRIPTION AND HOW IT WAS CALCULATED
Graduation Rate Graduation rates are calculated for entering cohorts by program as follows: total students completing the degree within 150% of normal time to completion divided by the total students entering the cohort, minus exclusions that fall outside of the definition for enrollments (circumstances such as deployment for active duty military service, medical leave of absence, death, other approved leaves of absence and students still actively enrolled).
Retention Rate Retention rates are calculated for entering cohorts by program as follows: total students continuing in a degree program or completing a degree program after 12 months, divided by the total number of students entering the cohort.
