Tabitha Davis

Director of University Outreach

Ms. Tabitha Davis oversees the development of business programs, educational programming and strategic leadership plans. She’s also often called upon to deliver presentations to diverse groups interested in collaborating with Grantham to deliver educational programming to their members. Before joining Grantham, she served in a variety of roles in community development and relations for education institutions in the Kansas City area. Ms. Davis earned a bachelor’s degree in communications and an MBA from MidAmerica Nazarene University.

Cynthia Lockett

Cynthia Lockett

Regional Director of University Outreach

Ms. Cynthia Lockett began her Grantham University career as an admissions representative before finding her niche working with USAREC. She developed a network within the recruiting command by supporting, encouraging, monitoring and caring about each individual soldier’s success. She has been recognized for outstanding service and dedication, ranging from personal heartfelt emails to public awards and acknowledgment at brigade-level commands. Previously, she spent 17 years with AT&T as a crisis project manager in major markets. Ms. Lockett currently volunteers as a member of the Greater Kansas City USAREC Advisory Board of Directors, which consists of corporate and civic leaders from across the state.
