Grantham University Partners with National Guard Association of United States to Award Two Full Ride Graduate Scholarships to an Active Member and a Spouse

Lenexa, Kan. – July 3, 2020 – Grantham University, an online university, announced today that the Grantham University National Guard Association of the United States (NGAUS) Scholarship is now accepting applications. The scholarship will provide two $14,000 scholarships to a National Guard active member and an active member spouse.
"We are excited to partner with NGAUS to offer two scholarships and to assist its members and member spouses in attaining higher education as they serve our country at home and overseas," said Dr. Anthony R. Petroy, president, provost and chief academic officer of Grantham University. “We hope this scholarship will allow them to further their education and career goals without financial burden.”
The Grantham University NGAUS scholarship is valued at up to $14,200 and covers tuition costs, required textbooks, software and fees. To apply, applicants must be a Commissioned or Warrant Officer NGAUS member in good standing ranked 05 or below in the Army or Air National Guard, or be the spouse of a NGAUS member in good standing ranked 05 or below. In addition, applicants are asked to write an essay describing how a degree from Grantham University will assist them in the National Guard, or how the National Guard has impacted their family.
